About the Board

Frances Arbor Villas Homeowners Association, Inc.’s board is comprised of not less than 5, nor more than 9 directors serving 2 year terms on a staggered basis. The Board elects from its directors a president, vice president, treasurer and secretary. The board has also chosen a director to welcome new residents to our community.

The HOA board meets 4 times a year and all HOA members are welcomed to attend. If you want to be notified of the date, time and location of the next meeting, reach out to us by email.

There is a required annual meeting once a year that all HOA members are notified.

If you would like to serve on the board please email us and your name will be added to the ballot for the next election.

Annual Dues:

Current fiscal year fees are $125 with a $25 late fee if not paid by Oct 31. The board establishes the annual fee amount – normally at the 3rd quarter meeting. The late fee, however, is set in the HOA documents.
