A Homeowners' Association is a corporation that governs planned residential developments, townhouses, or condos. Once someone purchases a property in the Frances Arbor Neighborhood Community, the homeowner automatically becomes a member and must pay yearly fees and follow the HOA rules and guidelines. Our objective as an HOA committee is to protect, preserve, and enhance our community assets and property values. We do not wish to cause stress or burden on any homeowner. If you find yourself needing additional time to pay the yearly dues, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you in making proper payment arrangements. We do not wish to send anyone to collections as this is a burden on all parties. Please communicate with us so we can further assist you.
Fiscal Year 2022 Dues and Fee Schedule
2021 Yearly Dues Pair By October 31, 2020 = $125
Late Fee Paid After Oct 31st is $25 = $150 due
The yearly HOA fees are due by September 30th every year. LATE PAYMENT FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 31. If your payment is not received within 90 days of the due date, your account will be sent to collections and you will be responsible for all collection fees in additional to you yearly dues.
